  • nice to know you are a aikido practioner as well.... my question is ...do you need that pump for weiss bier or is it because your are not using wheat extract

  • @aikidojoe1 - the pump is used because I am doing full wort biols which is sort of what you said about not using malt extract

  • Sometimes there is a tension nut on the back of the thermometer. You can adjust the temp up or down. Helps with calibration.
