to protect our rights from them voting on something democratically that would violate our rights unjustly and the guise of democracy. Once upon a time society thought it was acceptable to torch or drown women suspected of being a witch, just because the majority thought it was reasonable and thus democratically agreed, did not make it right. I hope you understand this which explains why this man has been violated by illegal imprisonment by our authorities that care nothing of our freedom
-
because while there are limits or laws, for the protection of our rights and freedoms these limits and laws must be reasonable, otherwise by creating unreasonable limits you would then be forcing your opinions and then violating his rightsd. remember just because you dont like something doesn't mean you have the right to force your opinion. Rights and their limits are also created to protect us from democracy because the opinion of the majority are not alwats right so they are limited
-
That is why we have LAW, to create those limits that have to be obeyed as to allow everyone to enjoy rights without violating someone elses in the process. SO yeah this man is enjoying his right to walk or ramble naked... but has he violated anyone else right in the process. NO!!! that is why technically he hasn't broken any laws and why it would be a human rights violation to imprison him for this act. Please don't try to create a reply by suggesting this man is violating your right with nudity
-
We have rights, the only time you can't enjoy a right is when it violates another persons rights. That is why we have limits on rights, so that we can all enjoy them. The limits are there so that I don't violate yours by enjoying mine, for example, I have the right to play music as loud as I wish but my neighbour has a right to peace and quiet. We can't have both so we are both limited by agreeing a accpetable medium. I have my music loud enough to enjoy it but not to interrupt everyone

what a load of rubbish, ultimately the FACT is the government/police or the courts don't like their authority being questioned by someone tryign to be themselves or an individual so because he refused to be a lsave or a prisoner and do as they demanded they have imprisoned him. What right to they have to force such a rule on man, if we were free then he would not be in jail but this shows freedom is a lie
-
@anne43nl England's Home Office will tell u which prison to sent the letters to
-
.... what exactly is this man being jailed for ... what law has he broken?
I don't agree with walking around without any clothes on in public exactly, but jailing him for it is a curious assault on personal liberty
