  • I saw a top fuel hydro crash at grand river yesterday at 217mph and killed the guy. his pod had a crack in it allowing water to get in

  • @mindlessjrlee Ya, I agree with you about the waves, it can also get very choppy at Marble Falls. I saw two flat bottoms crash last year, and I'm pretty sure it was due to the condition of the water, which was very choppy.

  • @jakenjuli I saw Problem Child run 264 in Phoenix at the world finals back in November 2009 to set the new TFH record, but never saw them run 265 in Mission Bay. What I meant by my previous statement is that there in mission bay they have those rolling waves. It's like riding over hills sometimes. Really tough on the Flat Class.

  • @mindlessjrlee Well, and I could be wrong, but didn't Problem Child run 265 there?

  • this is an alcohol flat, he was going around 160mph when it chined in...He did feel it at the last possible second..is an understatement

  • who picks up all teh debris?

  • Probably one of the worst places for drag boat racing in Mission Bay.

  • nah top speed for these Top Alcohol Flats is around 170 mph.

  • completely insane!!!

  • omg
