@117CrazyJay this is a late comment but you cannot 'sample' melodies. it's stealing simple as that. they are not sampling they are stealing the melodies and you have to go to court for it if legal action is taken. one case in point, the chemical brothers had to go to court to prove their song 'surface to air' was their own work and not simply a sample of the beatles.
