This would not stop employers from paying illegal aliens under the table, like most of them are anyways!!! How about work place enforcement, by random inspections like the Health Department does to Restaurants!???!!! And shuting down day labor sites!!! The IRS should audit any and all employers hiring illegal aliens!!!
