http://www.MyInsaneMuscleGain.com - October 12th 2010, Shoulders, Traps and Neck Workout. Hey what's up everyone, just posted some training footage from my latest workout. Here's what I did (weight x reps)

Seated Dumbbell Presses - 20 x 15, 30 x 15, 40 x 12, 50 x 10, 60 x 8, 70 x 6

Standing Dumbbell Side Laterals - 15 x 12, 20 x 12, 25 x 10

Barbell Shrugs - 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 12, 275 x 6

Neck Circuit (no rest between exercises and sets)

Front Neck Raises - 25 reps with no weight, 25 reps with 10 pound plate, 25 reps with 25 pound plate and 20 reps with 35 pounds.

Rear Neck Raises using Harness - 4 sets of 25 with 25 pounds

Side Neck Raises - 2 sets of 25 with 5 pound plate and 2 sets of 20 with 10 pound plate.

And that was it, the whole workout took about an hour. I felt real sluggish at the start of the workout, but as time went on I started feeling more energetic. My body's still getting adjusted to not taking any pre-workout supplement. I was on Jack3d for about 2 months. I love that product because it doesn't give me any jitters like so many others that I've tried. I was only taking 1 scoop anyway and it was just enough of a mental boost to get me amped up.

  • @Supduplemup I like to stay in the 20-25 rep range when I use weights and up to 100 reps if no weight is used. You should check out machinelandtv here on you tube. dude's got some great neck training advice, he's probably got a video over to the right in the suggested videos

  • nice workout man. back in highschool for football we done front raises, side lateral raises, and bent over raises all back to back for one set. It's a little rough and it forces ya to use less weight on your side lateral raises but it gives me an amazing pump and wears you out at the end. And seeing this video really makes me wanna start training neck again, we had a nice neck machine back in the day, lol... but man, nice workout....

    thanks bro, yeah my old gym had one of those 4 way neck machines and i loved using it but I haven't seen one in a long time...that back to back set of raises sounds killer, i'm gonna give it a try

  • LMFAO at the guy in the back doing bicep curls...maybe using 20% muscle and the rest is enertia...LOL

  • yeaaaah.. that neck exercise will give you injures in no time, that's really not the best way to go with tbh..

  • when you are doing this you should put one leg infront of the other so you dont get back injuries and what the guy in the back is doing does nothing for you your not me to be rocking back and forth while your lifting weights
