Great commercials, classy and a catchy slogan sung by the late Arthur Prysock- the Barry White of beer commercials!

I was only eight when this ad came out but I remember most of these cool commercials. I also enjoyed the Stroh's commercials- even though Stroh's id lousy beer. Lowenbrau is great- reminds me of Heineken. Just had a botlled six pack last week!

The yanks invented Western civilization as we know it, German beer is actually American, America is the best damn country in the world, and so on and so forth, bla bla bla bla bla. Makes me want to puke. Oh...typical American beer is like diluted piss.

Even though I love the original stuff, I miss the Lowenbrau from the 80s. We drank Lowenbrau and Budweiser in my high school years of the early 80s because we weren't good enough to drink Heineken yet! Actually I really miss drinking Lowenbrau Dark more. I didn't like the Lowenbrau brewed in the 90s by Labatts up in Canada because it was a bad imitation the original beer imported from Munich.

@markjpope Lowenbrau is actually better now than it was back then. American Lowenbrau in the '70s-80s was really just glorified Miller, but nowadays they import the real stuff from Germany.
