Your pony does not like barrels :p No worries, I helped train a horse that was terrified - you would canter up, she'd stop, wait untill you relaxed, thinking she wasn't going to spring up... and then she did x.x

Okay,I noticed a key thing, the horse holds no respect for its rider, that does not mean that the horse doesn't love you but it does mean they know that they can take advantage of you, kicking and fighting the horse in the saddle will not solve the problem, it may for a second but you will see that disrespect sprout again
Suggestion: round pen (50-60ft), and let the horse know YOU control their feet & direction. to do this change directions frequently (Forward, backwards, left, and right)

@MrJAYKAY123456 kicking or whipping the horse is unnecessary. Reward the horse when the it does good and use a firm hand/voice to tell your horse "No!" and lead it away and try again when it does not. Smacking, Kicking, Whipping etc IS NOT OKAY!!!! I bet she is a better Horse Rider than you are.

Honestly you handled this stuff very well. And it's good that you just get right back on. I am a junior horse trainer and I get this stuff all the time, even with my experienced pony! But awesome job, keep up the good work, and cute horses!
