A very informative vid. I really want to try the Marshmallow root powder, but when i googled the shop name "Food for All" Cazenove Road Stoke Newington, i was told no results were found. Would you mind double checking the name for me please, possibly with the door or a phone number, as i recently went to Nubian Naturals in Brixton, which my friend told me about, only to find that it had shut down 2mths previously. And as i live in East London i was NOT impressed! Thanks in advance.

I love the maka and I use the shikakai and aritha to wash my hair when in yarn. It does a good job cleaning my hair and scalp.

@TheNaprika I use it undiluted on a cotton ball. I didn't know EPO effects your mood. I noticed in your pic where you showed the acne, it was along your jawline/cheeks. Mine looked just like that. The EPO cleared that type of acne up for me.
