No manual option for the 5.7 350 or convertibles (convertibles were only 305 utos), there were some dealers that did install them but they never left the factory like that. The 305 and 350 were nearly identical externally and could bolt right in, TBI and TPI cars need tuning. Even the 1LE 5.7 came with the automatic. Also the corvette engine had better heads, intake, throttle body and exhaust manifold.
@MetalRulesRapSux I'm pretty sure the 5.7L did have a manual option, the 5.7L was the corvette engine at that time and the cars were actually pretty similar, I could be wrong but I'm sure I've seen quiet a few 5.7L manuals around, theres actually alot of old 5.7L Irocs around where I live, just none of them are worth owning at this point they're rusted out and beat up and lucky to have half the horsepower they used to.
@DystruktoBoi1 well you could get a 350 in the iroc. but those are kinda rare. most had the 305tpi. and the 5.7 irocs only came with automatic transmissions. thats how you know that the black car is a 5.0 because its a stick. if you build those chevy 305's right tho they have just as much sack as a 350.
I own an 89 with manual... There are some but not too many left now days...
