January 28th. 2009.Hardly an eternity, but it feels much longer.
"The shit is going to hit the fan " at work tomorrow.
I have been working with this "company" since last June. The guy taken on to work on a large A/C project quite rightly said that the way the owner shouts and swears at us is "unacceptable".He is going to quit tomorrow at the end of the day.He says I should get out and wants to help find me an alternate place to work.
We wait with baited breath!

thats a good and cheap way to do it, good job
In fairness this was just to show the simple approach to get this effect. The air stones and air pumps and vacuum pumps and venturis are all automated methods to achieve the same effect.I have tried hard to explain in lay-mens terms how and why to include one of these devices. It would genuinely be beneficial for the fish keeping community to get some feedback from Mr.Ho' s Open Bottom creations.

I enjoy serious debate on the pros and cons of achieving inverted aquariums and tunnels.
Mr.Ho of "Fishfreedom" is using modified air pumps to both suck air out, and replace the air via air stones. These air pumps in Singapore are very, very cheap especially for folk like Mr.Ho connected with the raising and export of tropical fish.
Unfortunately, ever since his first "Bottomless Aquarium" appeared on YouTube he has given no detail as to how he provides the vacuum.

This is a very simple way to fill an "upside-down" aquarium. As long as you have adequate water flow into it from the open section there will be air for the fish. However, if you look at the recent set-up on this aquarium there is a lot of potential for improvements.
It probably looks a bit complicated at first, but it is well worth the effort.
