I think we all agree that it is important to set the goals. There are many ways to set the goals like; smart technique or writing them on paper or flash cards, but we still fail to achieve most of our goals. So I asked myself a question, why is that we do not follow through. The answer is that we lack a system how to follow the status of goals. By simply rewriting your goals on paper on daily basis you can create a very efficient system how to track and link emotions to your goals. So my wish for you is that you try this system for next six months and let me know if that improved your efficiency.
