I had Professor Bergin for Property I, and I attribute my passing grade entirely to her. I have one complaint about her, but it's a survivable one. Before the pack jumps in on this, she is leaving STCL in order to start a family in New York. The school actually tried to pitch for her to come back.

I think Prof. Bergin is an excellent professor. I've heard worse and more condescending rants from male professors, and it's interesting to me that nobody chose to tape those. It's also interesting to me how many people are offended by a professor who forces them to think

This whole lecture is sexist and biased -- to say Bergin is not the same is an outright lie.

I also had Prof. Bergin for Con Law, did well in the course and found her to be fair and objective. Just make sure you do the work, slackers will not make it in this class.

I'm not sure what semester this happened, I had Prof. Bergin in Spring 2007 and thought she was really good. If she DOES watch/read this...Rock on Prof. Bergin, you're the first professor at STCL that fulfilled my expectations of what going to law school would be like. I wish all the professors had your conviction. I wish all the students did too.
