@TheGirlNamedRienne Actually, both aren't very good for ya - high in calories with no nutritional benefits. It's one of those types of things you either A) Eats sparingly or B) Substitute for something else , or C) Make your own homemade freezer jam.

@TheGirlNamedRienne - yeah - freezer jam is basically homemade jam. You can control the sugar you put in it.

Jelly has no fruit, Jam does :)
Great video - plenty of people forget that adding dressings or condiments can pack on the calories.

@TheSamMabe So nutritionally is Jam better than Jelly? I realized that, I think if we could find nutritional foods that don't taste like cardboard we wouldn't need condiments and dressing.
