I find it weird how at the end, there are harmonies that say "Let me....Let me show ya...The messiah....Is my King...." Isn't that a little strange since the song talks about the messiah being a girl?

No bro. If you have headphones on, and in the correct places (R in right ear L in left) it will be sounding from the left headphone. Starts at pretty much 3:15. It skips words hence the: "Let me....Let me show ya...The messiah....Is my King...." It's just one harmony.
