  • damn girl you're the bomb.!

  • @easierSAIDthanDONE

Ohh okayy, urmm seeming as im 14 thoughh i bet theres not many people willing to teach me.. how old was you when you first started? + how long have you been doing it for? because your really good :) btw, thanks for replying :D xx

  • @MissPaigeLeigh And especially when getting into inverts, (such as the one shown) it's good to find someone to teach you. There is so much room in pole dancing to injure yourself. Correct posture, weight-distribution, and the proper way to pull yourself into a move are crucial, and, unfortunately, you don't need to be certified to teach or post a video... you can get started on your own, building strength and doing some spins, but when getting more advanced, a teacher is very important.

  • @MissPaigeLeigh To an extent, you can lean on your own (this would require buying your own pole, and if you do, PLEASE do not get some cheap Carmen Electra pole. X-poles and Lil Mynx poles are around $300 but they are SAFE, which others are not). If you buy good videos like Jamilla Deville's Art of Pole series, you can be relatively successful learning on your own. As fun as these expertvillage videos are, I would use them only as fresh-take on things you've already learned.

  • i love this, im only 13 bur i think its a great way to exercise..

im not ver flexable though "/

do you think i could learn my self to pole dance or is it something you need to be taught? please reply :)! xxx
