the problem with right to privacy is that there is no way to define it, and any definition by a court outside actual constitutional text is arbitrary

AHHHH, Bork! The beginning of the end when it comes to politicians working together! Thanks to the recoil from the Left "Borking" this guy from becoming a member of The Supreme Court back in Reagan's day, which was not a bad thing at all, these jackasses on The Left and The Right will never work together! A man that should not have been a chief justice but instead a president.Those that comment about freedoms without ever reading or understand intent of the constituion carry with it little weight.
