yes it's derek jacobi, it says so in the spiel in the vid description ffs. also if you don't recognise him you missd out most of the good british dramas from the 70's. for an example of his awesomeness from the 70's finda a copy of 'i, claudius'. lots of other great RSA actors in that. youtube comments are just a parade of idiocy these days. including mine lol!
