New York attorney Martin Schwimmer, former vice president of ICANN's Intellectual Property Constituency, discusses with CNN International the organization's approval of internationalized domain names (IDNs). On October 30, 2009, ICANN approved the use of non-Latin characters in country code top level domains (ccTLDs).

  • the IDNS System can be a revolution in the website business , but can also have no significant effects for a long time , most of the people still dont know they can type the domain name in their own language , but once the word is spread , this might mean a revolution
