@rn437 Right click on the column headers, select "View Settings", then "Conditional Formating". This is a powerful tool to set colors based on who it is from (your manager for example), if it is sent just to you, if you are CC'd etc. Lots of flexability. Tip: use "move up" or "move down" in that window to prioritize e..g if there are conflicting things like your manager CC's you :)
Is outlook more powerful for handling multi-IMAP email addresses then Windows Live Mail client?
I have WLM client, I love it but with 10 email IMAP accounts and I feel its choking, freezing on start becoming not responsive for a min or so. Feels like its missing some muscle.
P.S.
Opera mail can handle any number of email accounts easily, so I know it can be done, because it uses database approach but I just dislike the Email client/Browser integration.
@dooovde I would add that as you are ultimately empowered to decide how important something is to you "@job, @joblite@whatever" & how that will vary from person to person & that you determine when is best to next do something based on an infinite number of variables that baking that into Outlook *might* not make sense - if you want to add tasks to projects sequentially Microsoft Project may be a good solution. For now if you frequently turn emails into meetings create a Quick Step to do so!:)
@dooovde you can click and drag an email or task to the Calendar icon and it will create a schedule item in your calendar. You can also create a custom Quick Step to do this (create custom, then "Create an appointment with attachment', and Add Action "Categorize Message" with the @Job category). There is not yet a way of automatically sending it to the next open time slot with certain timings. Good idea. The challenge with this would be designing this to meet all peoples specific needs.
Is there a way to add the @job task to your calendar's next open timeslot? So an @job task would take 30 min and an @joblite task would take 10 min for example.

Thanks for your feedback I used Camtasia. Hit me up on Twitter @mattwoodget if you want to discuss more.
Color on text rows is done via formating the inbox. Right click on the column headers and select "View Settings", Conditional Formatting then 'add'.
Examples;
Emails only to me: Blue
Emails to me and others: Green
Emails from my management chain: Red :-)
I'll make sure I try and not use the word 'empowered' next time ;-)
