What a great piece ! But d youthink it might be a SMIDGEN more tender? You started it very tenderly but then you turned it into a rhapsody. I woudl have kept SOME restraint throughout and try to emphasize the poetry instead.
But all your performances are great to listen to.

Thanks for your message, Jeffrey. Excellent job here in spite of the piano! The key to playing the late Brahms piano pieces is that you have to be very conscious of not only the inherent sonorities in the works but the actual sound you produce at the instrument...a light touch but with power behind it.
