Again, you are not being honest. That 'report' is not an official Human Right Watch- report, but an private article published in "The European Voice". You also deliberatly misquote the author( last sentence). This is the right quote: "And the overall picture for Kosovo's already vulnerable Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian minorities seems to be getting worse, not better." The article doesn't speak about the Serb minority because they already enjoy all rights.
