A more refined sunhaze effect with a crude Lens Flare effect.
Again, as before, this is a trick effect using bloom, rather than a proper sun lens flare effect.

Damn DKT70, you're the man when it comes to the advanced shaders! First HDR, now sun haze and lense flare!! This, with the new Front Mission mod will be a whole new game completely!!

it is already out there in almost every gtaiv mod with a lens flare, including that icenhancer mod. I came up with the idea, the code, now everyone else uses it. The version you see here was a earlier version with a lower radius setting.

What video card do you have? By the way, amazing job on the graphics and the camera angles, I thought it was real life in the beginning.

My whole PC is nothing special, so my hope is that if this runs around 20-30fps on mine, then people with top rigs will be able to max this out. PC - Q8300 o/c to 3Ghz, 8Gb RAM, nvidia GTX 260 896Mb, Win 7 x64 Retail, GTAIV patch 1.0.3.0.
