Really? There is a difference between Stealing something, and using something as inspiration. Out off all three of those examples, none of them were blatant copies of the jokes by CK. Yes, the subject was very similar, but the delivery and what each comedian actually said was different. I don't see how having the same subject is stealing a joke when each comedian has something different to say.

@pyromaniac234234 Liking pizza is a taste in food, having similar jokes is a sign of plagerism.

You obviously don't understand the concept of intellectual property. If the joke that you tell or the story that you write directly and in a blatantly obvious manner lifts material from its original creator without credit or attribution, then the person in question has stolen the intellectual property of another. It is plagiarism, pure and simple, and an indication of lack of talent.

This is wholly different to personal opinion, such as the valuation of the taste of pizza.

Typical dumbass Dane Cook fan. This happened NUMEROUS times, Louis CK has about 8 sets that Dane Cook might have used. If it was one joke that was similar, and a common point of view, I'd understand. But this video has 3 examples, and there's plenty other videos that explain this. Not to mention I think he stole a joke from Demetri Martin.
