This was my original version of the For An Angel video, with the butterflies in the breakdown section. Paul didn't like having butterflies on him very much, and later wanted a re-edit without them in. The video was filmed mostly in Xcaret eco park south of Cancun, with some shots from Xpuha beach (there's now an all inclusive resort where the beach shack/football scene was filmed). The ruins are at El Rey in Cancun...as are the Mangrove speedboat sequences.
The Mayan fella with the great face was one of the aeriel fliers that perform at Xcaret daily.

Heaven :) This brings back so many wonderful memories, ah the late 1990s and those summers, dancing till 9am. There's a beautiful story how he had written this for his girlfriend.

the trance music from 98-01 was unbelievable,lots of good memories from those four years and this was at the top of my list with universal nation by push,cafe del mar by energy 52,out of the blue by system f and too many others to mention,class tunes,can't say much more than that

What camera and post software for color correction did you use?

We used an Ari Super 16mm (can't remember which model) and a clockwork Bolex H16 reflex. Colour correction was prbably SPirit or Ursa Gold at Moving Picture Company.
