I just picked up a 88 Targa Turbo. Black on black, 47k miles. I still can't beleive it. The car is FAST and handles very well although there seems to be a little bit of flex on fast turns. None the less the car is sick! It is a welcome addition to my 97 Turbo, 79 Turbo, and 02 Turbo. AS WELL AS A 08 M5 and a 99 360 modena. All the cars have unique qualities and all are awesome in their own way. ....

get a strut tower brace, that will help with the flex.

a nice set of coilovers also makes a huuuuge difference.

on my dads ride, you could jack up the right rear and both tires would come off the ground and vice versa after some minor bracing was installed.

the 930s are classic and have a completely different feel to them. the new porsche's/ferraris/bimmers are still awesome, but they lack that really raw visceral feel the older ones had.

yes, tire size was 295mm width.

rims are RH Alurad.

Beautiful beautiful car.... but why is he holdin the revs like that? Isn't that bad on the car to leave it up high with no load?

This is the US version. You can tell by those rubber bumper guards at the rear.. Men those this are ugly!

Have you ever considered letting your 360 go for a 355 GTS?

I mean if you like the 360 it's ok,

I ike the 355 but thats just me i like dinos too, but they are a waste of money rust out and impossible to work on,

@kaityushi A checklist? I have owned 5. On my fifth one now. Its not an airplane. I can assure you he does not need a checklist to run his car - unless he has not taken care of it and it has MANY maintanance problems. Very reliable cars. Drive them across the Country if you want.
