The front lines of the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo shift frequently and innocent civilians are often caught up in the violence. Fatuma Kapuweli is one of the more than 370,000 Congolese forced to flee in North Kivu province since January. Hers is a daily struggle to keep her children fed and out of danger.

  • people need to help where ever the problem may be. sometimes it is right next door to you. open our eyes and heart to the plight of the less fortunate where ever they are, whether a rich country or middle class it happens everywhere, but the tragedy for these particular creed of people is the lacking of knowledge to better themselves. sometimes handing someone a fish wont do it, we need to teach them how to fish, them they will be nourished. my heart goes out to any one suffering

  • So sad, we need to help these people. Yah help! What can I do?

  • when a non profit organization want to help must forgot their own views and then all people have to receive their charity without any regret of both sides namascar
