TGN 1412 is a drug developed by TeGenero German company. Pharmacologically it is a monoclonal antibody that targeted the CD28 receptors on T-lymphocytes. used to treat cancer.
Ryan Welson participated in the clinical trial for TGN 1412, and this clip shows for how extent he became affected .. Within 5 minutes after the trial he presented with acute onset of vomiting , severe headache, low back pain then lost his consciousness for about 10 days. Later on, he lost most of his hands & feet fingers, with immunity disturbance and should be monitored biophysically for about 10 years.
