*New* Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess Speed Run Segment 17

After 3 hours of trying this segment, I finally got it. Thankfully it didn't take as much as I expected. The rupee dive was done quite well, 7 seconds overall faster than logitech's video which isn't too bad. As you can see I almost messed up my swimming and I almost died but thankfully I didn't.

since you're charging a spin attack do u still need to time the release of it, or does getting the rupee automatically make the spin attack go off and push you forward?

also im trying to do this for a casual any% run, so i dont really care about my time, do you have any advice for doing this? because id really like to get past this segment :\
