One of the biggest causes for bad form is using too much weight. When training, your objective should be to make every move count. This can only be accomplished if you control the weight by using the proper muscles to lift it--instead of momentum. A lot of people simply assume that some type of movement is better than no movement as long as theyre making an effort to do something. As a result they simply grab a pair of weights and start slinging them 'everywhere'. Unfortunately, this not only increases your chances of injury during your workout, but it also reduces the effectiveness of the exercise because the intended muscle groups never get stimulated properly. This is often the reason why inexperienced gym goers often find themselves constantly at the gym, but seeing few results. For more training tips, visit www.TrainChange.com
