ROTOSCOPING SHORT ANIMATION

A roto vector animation i did last year.Using illustrator,After effects and Mirage with a tablet.
Unfortunatly i couldn't finish it. But
it was a school for me on rotoing and drawing. Please comment, give me your opinion, it would be cool. Thanks to my buddies Coady for filming-directing and Yoshiko for acting.

very little rotoscoping you liar. most of it is just you auto-vectorising each frame (click of a button in illustrator).

As stated above, I made this then, in order to "LEARN" and "EXPERIMENT". So as you can tell, it gets more detailed and "hand traced" as it progresses. That year, there was about a couple of video tutorials and absolutely "NO" cartoon plugin released. So for all the haters trying to comfort their lack of talent and determination by scrutinizing and saying this is a click away, It took me 6 months of free time ok!

Yeaaaaah...this isn't rotoscoping. Some kind of filter effect? Maybe parts were rotoscoped?
