You got the first part of 'Guerlaine' right!! I work for Sephora & it took me months to learn how to read some of the lines names. You said the 'Guer' part right & the 'laine' part is pronouned like if you are saying the word 'lane'...love & light to you!! I believe you said it right after a few times of saying it on the video!
