No, Australians made up the term Western Oriental Gentleman because they didn't know the actual meaning of W.O.G. (which is Worker of Government.) Anyway, a Western Oriental Gentlemen would be from Kazakhstan, as that is the West Orient. Italy or Greece are actually located within West Europe.

@Sandy4111 Wog is basically a word for Greeks and Italians, but I wouldn't call it a mean or disrespectful term. The term 'wog' has been around since the 70's, so it's used all the time. Also, they don't take offense to it, unless it's used like "you fucking wog!". Good mate of mine is Greek, and i often call him a wog, haha!
