Funky blues on Yamaha SA2200

Original music.
Just having some fun with my new acquisition: the beautiful and only awesome, the super axe, Japanese built Yamaha SA-2200 and Roland Loop Station RC-2. The guitar is strung with 10th strings and as always AER Compact 60 is very much utilized here with all controls turned at 12 oclock, including the reverb.

Sounds terrific. I see from your other vids you also have an AES 1500 in your collection as well. I am thinking of getting that or the SA2200 (although eventually I may get both!). I haven't been able to try one out as I can't find a music shop that sells either.

Which do you prefer to play and which is the more versatile instrument?

As per your question I prefer SA2200 and that is why AES1500 is for sale now.

Please do not get me wrong, both guitars are great. The best bet is to try them both, which is difficult in your case, I understand, and then decide which one you like the best. Just to compare, SA2200 feels like Gibson ES 335 and AES1500 is kind of like one of those Gretch guitars.

You know what, you do not have to wait 10 years since you are already playing well enough for people who listen to you to have fun and some of them dance listening to your music. That's the biggest achievement. No matter how good your technique is the vibe is what gets to people and you have the vibe.
