@ELLo1997 One step. If you want to learn the wallflip efficiently, then train jumping up and out off the wall with the balls of your feet. Once you feel you have enough height to do it, and you wont be so close to the wall, then whip your other leg through, and throw a tuck.

@ELLo1997 I think 1 step is easer. 2 step , you need more power.
