@GiantMetalFan I've started or perhaps I'm just getting behind an old idea, but here it is. Let's classify things properly. I don't think this music is in the same category as Beyonce or Kesha or whoever the RIAA want's us to listen to. If we label things properly then we will never have to contrast and compare what artists do to what entertainers do. So that's my suggestions, let's stop just saying it's music, it's not, it comes from a different place and has different goals.:)

Interestingly, it's because of Paul that I found Porcupine Tree.

If you remember, most songs in the 60's and 70's the lyrics were hard to understand or "lost" in the music. Maybe LSD had something to do with that!

This is a brilliant song, but the vocals fall short, they just sound like they are lost in the music as though they are being covered up, there isn't a particular tone to them to catch onto, the rest of it is outstanding, very well composed,

@up420oz Not this song, but listen to fade away or touch, this guy has a huge Floyd influence. Just picked the album up last week.

wtf lol. I saw this in a FaceBook add that said something along the lines of "Porcupine Tree+Pink Floyd+NIN=this". I like all those bands but this is nothing like any of those. Good though.

the ambient stuff in the background is what really makes this song.



This is a pretty good song. Nothing like what I thought it would be though. The world needs more music like this and less of that pop crap.
