  • Hey Steve,

more power to ya'.... You are the star of our advocacy project presentation at CSUN.

i.e. Social Work grad students providing voter registration opportunities to the disabled student's on campus....Just thought you'd like to know....

  • I have know about the drug trafficking for a while... not much I can say or do about it though...

  • ooh no sir. i would not encourage the use of these drugs.. but rather i was referring to possible political arrangements involving the CIA and drug trafficking notably with britain...

  • wait, wait, wait, you are trying to say to me that opium and cocaine are not more harmful than helpful? come on... seriously I will look up secret rulers of the world and see what you are talking about; however, my views do have some basis for those drugs to be considered negative...

  • i have to disagree. i beleive most drugs have been outlawed as a result of political, economic and societal reasons rather than the welfare of individuals.(the CIA's involvement with opium and cocaine trafficking)(LSD propoganda in the 60s)(racial propoganda against marijuana in the 50's) there are truly various drugs being prescribed currently with negative side effects that greatly outweigh that of some illigal drugs.

on an unrelated note look up the "secret rulers of the world". informative

  • 9 out of 10 drugs outlawed are for a person's own heath. There are some things that should be and some that should not be outlawed; but, that is not going to change until a good leader is elected for this country...

  • i would definitely rather see laws against harmful and addictive substances than hurting people. but the laws dont help as much as it would to consider their addictions as something more of a healthcare issue. thats ron paul talking i think u like him :) i voted for him a couple weeks ago. however .. addicting and harmful does not characterize lysergic acid diethylamide. its not hard to look it up there are many sources for information on the subject

  • well, I feel that some of the laws are a bit absurd; however, I cannot condone the use of harmful elements, even if the person does it willingly. I would rather have laws prohibiting the use of addicting or harmful drugs than see addicts on the streets, or dieing.

  • they were set there for a reason. not your reason. not my reason... judging by the first amendment i should be able to ingest whatever i want if i can say anything i want... its my body. why should government control harmless things i eat or possess in the privacy of my own home?

  • I try no to break the laws, they were set in place for a reason.
