@EasternMerchant It really isn't that simple
-
@EasternMerchant I totally agree. But the pilot has also an "errorfactor".

@Incuby These kinds of jobs need to be seriously phased out, this is beyond human capacity to handle in a consistent, safe, and efficient manner. We need to replace a human with a fully automated computer tracking and coordination system.

Talk about Split second decision making, hehe if it was me flying the Asiana 747, I would've panicked and jerked the yoke all the way back forgetting to throttle up in time. LOL
-
FAA let this ATC of with an warning and he´s still working today. Blame the incompetent FAA.
-
Wow..... Asiana did the RIGHT thing... WTF controller ummm did you have a late shift yesterday or did you have some shots before you came to work.... I mean did you not see that HUGE B747-400 RIGHT behind that Southwest airfcraft... You could have caused another Tenerife accident.. Whew... GOOD job pilots
-
dear asshole that was never a controller FUCK YOU
-
Dear controller, it is 'Asiana 204', not 'Asian 204'
