This shows a quick brief way to assemble a LW coupler for a longwire antenna. If you need to you can pause for each individual section including the parts list. Wind 250 turns on a 4.5 inch ferrite rod. Then connect the first lead to pin 1 (ANT) and the other lead to pin 2 (GND chassis). Then wrap it with electrical tape. A 180 to 10 pf or better capacitor is required.

This antenna coupler project is good for longwire antennas with a ground connection or a tuned or
untuned loop antenna that has at least 7 to 10 or more
turns. Also its best that you use with the coupler's RF connector a 75 ohm RCA video cable to connect to the loop antenna, it works very well on LW and AM.
