Madoff had serious connections to have been ignored for so long. Where's the RICO statutes? asset forfeiture? The rest of us would be in jail with our bank accounts seized for 1/1000th of the alleged $500B. It's probably more. We need to bring home a couple of divisions, run 'em thru Quantico and let them kick in doors for the FBI.
