I've noticed also that this is one of Bourdain's most purely-food oriented shows of NR I've seen. The only non-food related bits were the horse racing and the kung-fu bit, and even those simply led to more food. If you've seen some of his other episodes, (like Uzbekistan XD) you'll know what I mean.

Actually I kinda take that back... I've seen that in HK too many times in real life, so yeah.. HK ppl are so fucking hardcore its great. XD. Don't EVER fuck with a Cantonese merchant man
