We lived there 2001-2002. It was already a mess by the time we were there. I recall one thunderstorm where we heard water running in the house. We ran around to see if someone left the tap on, found nothing, then followed the noise to the basement where we discovered water gushing out of the wall. It was pretty amazing.

From 2001-2005 the place resembled a demilitarized zone. Grass used to grow 3 feet high in the backyard.

wow. A group of students lived here during the '06-'07 school year for our senior year of college. I can't believe this is the same house, when we lived there it was such a dump. Whoever flipped it did a great job.
