The poor old jumpsuit has a bad reputation for being the kind of thing that only janitors and prisoners would be caught dead wearing... until now. Suddenly the one piece jumpsuit is hot in 2008 as they were all over the runways during New York's fashion week this month. None other than fashion icon Diane von Furstenburg, who is known for her dresses, showed a stylish all in one at her runway show. Jumpsuits are chic and now, whether you believe it or not... and if you look at some of the jump suits hitting store shelves this season, you'll probably believe it. Just take a look at TopShop's silky V Neck playsuit, which you can order online from the British retailer for a modest 125 dollars. The playsuit is an eye catching muave complete with pleated shoulders and bow belt. Just one look at this stylish jumpsuit and you'll forget why you thought they were a fashion no no in the first place. I'm HOST for TrendySwag.Com. Keep checking back for more style tips and fashion trends of 2008!

  • Yeah...jumpsuits are the shyt.

  • she's not a good commentator ...

  • I'm a guy who wears one piece clothing almost exclusively. With my body, you'll see butt crack if I don't, so don't complain.

I do what works for me, and (god forbid), I like variety in the world, even if it's not necessarily what I'm into. It's just tragic that nobody makes decently stylish jumpsuits for men, or I'd be all over it. The only thing reasonably close are Japanese Tsunagi and Torwartoveralls (goalkeeper overalls), which unfortunately have no pockets (common problem).

  • I gave it one star. After viewing the video I really think they look sloppy. Simular to the pajama pants in public, socks with sandals, or even worse.. Sweat pants!
