To all you people who are saying they should have used anesthesia....did you notice where they live????? They obviously can't afford to take the cat to a vet and have it done properly. At least they cared enough about the cat to try and make it better.

They should put hot but not boiling just very warm hot packs on it for a few minutes. It will help with the pain. Also they can put human antibiotic ointment on the wound itself. It's in a spot where the cat can't lick if of.

I LOVE cats and DOGS. I love them enough to try to save them anyway I can and when I don't have the money to afford an overpriced vet, you wouldn't want to see to the extent I would go to save a sick/wounded animal. Our dog got porcupine quills in its throat once. The only way I was able to save it was to choke it into unconsciousness, pull out as many quills as I could, and when it woke up, repeat the process til all the quills were out. Barbaric? Yep. But the dog lived a long and happy life.

You fucking assholes!! Thats just cruel!! Yes it needed to come out but not at that force. 1st pinning it downt. Yes hold it but don't push it into the table. 2nd I'm sure it will just get infected cuz the place don't even look clean. 3rd it was clearly in pain. Yes to make it numb might of been expensive, so? How would you like it if you got stabbed with a large object and your screaming out in pain while a load of giants laugh at you and put you in more pain? Look at it from the better side!!
