@fargonbastedge 9/11 had nothing to do with Iraq. Iraq was a provocation brought on by the west.

The arab world has recently seen a revolution. Civilians have been rioting in order to take down oppressive regimes in a fight for freedom and justice.

This fact presents that even the vast majority of the 'most backward' people strive for nothing more than peace, security and liberty and challenges the idea that man is not a progressive, civil being. Chomsky - it must be said - is right.

India, Russia and China are all having the same problem as we have? Those countries are not collaboraters of American foreign policy? 92% of all wars in the world involve islam vs. {your country/religion here}.

@lanceawatt Turkey is going down the islamization road with there new prime minister that was elected in 2007. Either way if Turkey was a shinning becon of hope, that still doesn't out-weigh the other 95% of all muslim countries that are messed-up and backwards.

But how do you then account for Turkey, a predominantly muslim and western friendly state? Because the leaders behave in a way that promote peace! You see how what Chomsky says is true?

@lanceawatt Okay i see now, but still the point remains the same, you as well as many other utopia liberals would be shocked to find out that many muslims around the world and especially in the muslim world would prefer war other than peace. Dont be shocked, there religion teaches them this.
