Their commitment to sustainability, health, and reducing the carbon footprint is remarkable. We need more companies like Bon Appetit who are doing a stellar job and trying to make a difference. My college uses Bon Appetit, it's really not that great. Yeah, they have options and stuff, but it's all pretty bland.
