@amoog531 He actually got very sick before the 2010 tour and lost his voice for an extended period of time, but since he had declared that the band was breaking up on his 40th birthday--early 2011--he pushed through this final tour and rocked anyway. Besides, it's Rock n Roll, not American Idol.

I can remember watching them at the time at Exit, hearing what would sound like the intro for Tribulations from the bassline, and i got way too excited, i'd wanted to see it performed live for so long!
