There used to a video on Youtube that showed you how to create a VPK sound mod. Unfortunately, it seems that the video was removed for copyright infringement (Most likely the song used in the video). As such, I decided to make this tutorial, which will show you how to create a VPK sound mod.
Thanks where thanks is due:
To whoever uploaded that video and created the addoninfo txt. file. I don't know who you were or what your Youtube account was called, but we miss you R.I.P~~
To Youtube user Supagogoman, for telling me about the 500 and 550 thing.

Notes:
-This video assumes you know how to create sound mods. If not, watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9N0bzcqJlU&feature=channel_video_title
-Like I mentioned, this should work for HUD mods, but I've never done anything like that.
-To use the VPK executable, you need to have Left 4 Dead authoring tools installed.
-I will upload a video of the sound mod shown here later. Maybe
-*More if I can remember anything later*

I used an existing non-vpk sound mod to make a vpk sound mod, but it ends up being slowed down and cut short. Anything I can do to fix this?
