  • every war we wage against our fellow man silences countless souls that may be the next, Einstein, Tesla, Monet, "Bear", the beauty this girl portraits in her music and abilities shows us the true nature and potential of every man and women on this planet. If only we could all stop fighting and harness our true power and our truly gifted selves.

  • Excellent comment.....

Emily has the rare gift to communicate hope through her composition and her performance.......

  • What sets Emily apart from other prodigies is that she can compose her own music.

I really look forward to seeing her progress over the years.

  • I can't believe she is playing Chick Corea stuff!!!

Well you can't say she has bad influences... everything from Mozart and Duke Ellington to fusion jazz... I think she must have been influenced by Bach, Beethoven, and Debussy... I can hear some very similar things to Debussy's 'feel' in some of her compositions.... and she plays with the passion and technical virtuosity of Beethoven for her age...

She may end up being the best composer ever so far with those kinds of influences.

  • I can only imagine the sheet music on this one! I see there is none! Wow.

88 keys and probably over 1000 songs in her head is like 6 trillion notes in order!

  • i think of an adult playing this stuff and i think, 'wow - amazing!'

i see a 7 year old girl play this stuff and rub my eyes just to make sure

  • Emily is extremely talented! She is so amazing!

  • @hannnahkeller01 Nice that you're so positive, but the truth is more sobering: there's a wide spectrum of people, some that shine in certain areas, some that are just "OK" in several areas, and some that probably have little of any kind of talent. It's the nature of our genes. That's not supposed to be a downer, but rather let us appreciate the more amazing people when they do show up - and esp. when they're properly (and healthily) encouraged!

  • @ChiBriE30 And the next Einstein or Tesla will invent AI so powerful that it'll be the god that gets out of it's box and destroys us all with indifference.

  • I'm not really big on the piano per se, but every once in a while, somebody like Emily comes along and brushes the dust off my soul and make my little dim corner a bit brighter :-)

  • I don't mean to say anything bad at all about Emily - she's awesome! But what's different about her is that she does what she does best AND she's passionate about it. To me there's no such thing as a person who's not a prodigy. Everyone was born with a special gift in a different area, so to become anything like Emily, or really anyone who's famous, you just have to find your talent, and develop it.

  • Mozart reincarnated.

  • breathtaking!
