Lauren Marie Richardson is a twenty-three year old woman who suffered an anoxic brain injury after an accident on August 28, 2006.

Lauren's life is endangered by a recent court decision made by Master Sam Glasscock III, by which her feeding tube will be removed. As a disabled citizen, she is defenseless against the court-approved, imposed act of dehydration and starvation intended to cause her death.
Lauren gave birth to a baby girl during this ordeal, and has not been allowed to see her child. This little baby girl needs a chance to know her mother. We appeal to each person with compassion and love to understand why we wish to bring Lauren home and care for her.
Lauren's situation is greater than you can imagine. Her story should be told, and we pray that it has a happy ending.

I personally think that The drs only have the knowllege to heal! Only God has the "Power" to heal! Now w/ that said, ""I am ProLife, only God can take my last breath away, not Humanity!" My soon 2 b 12 yr old son has been on a feeding tube sense birth. He eats orally as well. A feeding tube is a "form of life support" As long as my son needs his to survive, No man will make him take it out! Only God knows when & if that will be. We cont 2 pray for miracals every day! Never give up hope!

Let God take her as he did and lets not play God by keeping her on machines with hardly any communicative brain function. Oh and btw....Yes, I have watched MANY people die this way...I have been around and worked in Nursing Homes all of my life (RN/business owner)...before I became a nurse my mother was the Administrator over 2 Nursing Homes for 36 years so I pretty much grew up in one so to be honest, I think I've seen more than most of this type of life and death. If it is meant for Lauren to die no amount of tubes can stop the Good Lord from taking her.
